摘要
根据食品生物技术专业的典型工作任务与过程,明确所需职业能力,分析工作过程与课程的对应关系、工作任务与教学项目的对应关系,从而形成基于工作过程系统化的、突出职业能力培养和职业素质养成的食品生物技术专业课程体系,并提出保障课程体系得以实施的措施。
According to the typical tasks and process of food biotechnology professional, clear the required capacity, analysis the correspondence relationship between working process and curriculum, tasks and teaching projects. Thus the food biological technology curriculum system that based on a prominent occupation, ability training and occupation quality cultivation is formed and puts forward the guarantee to the implementation of the measures of curriculum system.
