摘要
                
                    根据食品生物技术专业的典型工作任务与过程,明确所需职业能力,分析工作过程与课程的对应关系、工作任务与教学项目的对应关系,从而形成基于工作过程系统化的、突出职业能力培养和职业素质养成的食品生物技术专业课程体系,并提出保障课程体系得以实施的措施。
                
                According to the typical tasks and process of food biotechnology professional, clear the required capacity, analysis the correspondence relationship between working process and curriculum, tasks and teaching projects.
