摘要
安徽农业大学农学院按照校园文化的应有之意,加强农科学子的农本思想塑造与价值观养成,引导他们坚定学农、爱农的专业思想。通过开展社会实践、组建专业技能学习的"虚拟班"和共建校企合作平台,结合学生低年级开展课程实习、高年级开展专业实习、毕业前开展毕业实习,三段式渐进提升培养专业技能和创新创业能力,明显提高了农科学子事农能力,锤炼了他们的"耕"、"勤"品质。形成了文化引领和实践锻造多层次相互融合的"农耕文化"育人模式,起到了显著的效果。
School of Agronomy, Anhui Agricultural University, in accordance with the tenet of the campus culture, strengthens the shaping of agriculture-centered thought and values in agriculture majors, so as to enhance their specialty thought of studying and loving agriculture. Through launching social practice, forming "virtual classes" of learning professional skills, and building a college-enterprise cooperation platform, combined with a three-stage practice course to enhance students' professional skills and innovation and entrepreneurial ability, the ability of agriculture majors to be engaged in agriculture were promoted significantly. In the process of professional skills upgrading, quality of cultivating and diligence was steeled and tempered. A multiple level education mode of farming culture was formed through culture guiding and practice forging, which played a significant role in cultivating agricultural students.
