摘要
多样性的农耕环境孕育了我国多功能性农业,并在长期的农业生产实践中形塑了乡村的独特价值,成为新时代城乡融合背景下实现乡村全面振兴的逻辑起点。文章基于习近平在陕西、河北、福建和浙江的农业现代化实践逻辑,阐述了习近平农业多功能性思想的社会、生态、文化和经济的理论逻辑,明确了习近平农业多功能性思想促进乡村全面振兴的价值逻辑,并遵循"农业多功能性政策—现代农业模式催生—农业多功能性回归—乡村多元化价值重塑—乡村全面振兴实现"的路径,提出了从"农业现代化"到"乡村全面振兴"的农业农村优先发展的政策建议。
Diversified farming environment breeds multi-functional agriculture in China, and shapes the unique value of rural areas in the long-term practice of agricultural production, which has become the logical starting point for the rural comprehensive revitalization under the background of urban-rural integration in the New Era. Based on the study of Xi Jinping’s practical logic of agricultural modernization in Shanxi, Hebei, Fujian and Zhejiang, this paper expounds the social, ecological, cultural and economic content logic of Xi Jinping’s thought of agricultural multifunction, clarifies the value logic of Xi Jinping’s thought of agricultural multifunction to promote the overall revitalization of the rural areas. Following the path of"the upgrade of multifunctional agricultural policy--the producing of agricultural modernization model— the return of multifunctional agriculture—the reconstruction of diversified rural values — the realization of comprehensive rural revitalization", it is proposed the policy of"agricultural modernization"and"comprehensive rural rejuvenation"in which the agricultural and rural development becomes the priority of development.
