涉农高校耕读教育特色育人模式构建与实践研究 被引量:73

Research on the Construction and Practice of the Expertise education model of Farming and reading Education in Agricultural Colleges

摘要 新时代开展耕读教育,是传承中华优秀传统文化过程中培养德智体美劳全面发展的社会主义建设者与接班人、实现铸魂育人目标的重要实践。新时代的耕读教育具有新内涵与新的发力点,应实现三个层面的现代转译,深入推动耕读教育与多种教育的融合。涉农高校推进耕读教育应在五个着力点精准施策:在体制机制创新上下功夫;在课程教材建设上下功夫;在实践平台搭建上下功夫;在高水平师资培育上下功夫;在校园文化建设上下功夫。总结提出中国农业大学构建耕读教育与劳动教育有机融合的育人体系的实践经验:诠释耕读时代内涵,实现全年劳动教育不间断;深挖耕读文化资源,打造优质课程教材体系;开辟劳动教育实践基地,践行勤耕重读知行合一;完善机制保障,开辟劳动教育多元实施空间。 Farming-Reading education in the new era is very important to train socialist builders and successors with all-round development in morality,intelligence,physique,aesthetics and labor,and to achieve the goal of cultivating talents and moulding morality in inheriting excellent traditional Chinese culture.It has new connotations and power with the aim of realising three levels of modern translation and promoting the integration of Farming-Reading education with other kinds of education.Agricultural colleges and universities should take measures precisely in five aspects:innovation of system and mechanism,preparation of curriculum and textbooks,construction of practice platform,cultivation of excellent teachers,and construction of campus culture.We summarized in this paper the experience of constructing an education system that intergrates farming education and labour education in China Agricultural University,including interpreting the connotations of Farming-Reading education,practicing uninterrupted year-round labor education,digging relavent resources deeply,building high-quality curriculum and textbook system;constructing labor education practice bases,realising the unity of farming and reading education harmoniously;improving the mechanism of institutional guarantees and opening up space for diversified implementation of labor education.
