摘要
目的探讨开展品管圈对减轻头颈部肿瘤患者放疗所致皮肤损伤的作用。方法科室成立品管圈小组,以减轻头颈部肿瘤患者放疗所致的皮肤损伤为活动主题,通过现状调查,要因分析,拟定对策及实施等步骤开展品管圈活动。结果品管圈实施后患者护理知识知晓率由实施前的88.7%提高到96.2%,护理服务满意度由89.6%提高到99.1%;患者皮肤损伤分级情况实施后显著优于实施前(P<0.05,P<0.01)。Ⅱ级及以上皮肤损伤发生率35.8%,低于目标值。结论品管圈活动降低了头颈部肿瘤患者放疗所致皮肤损伤的程度,提高了其放疗护理知识知晓率和护理服务满意度。提出开展品管圈活动是护理质量持续改进的一种有效手段。
Objective To explore the effect of quality control circle（QCC）applied in the management of radiotherapy induced skin reactions in patients receiving irradiation for head and neck cancner.Methods A QCC was formed and revolved around the theme of how to alleviate radiotherapy induced skin reactions in patients receiving irradiation for head and neck cancner.The circle members made investigations,identified leading causes,formulated strategies,and implemented improvement measures for quality control.Results After QCC activities,percentage of patients being knowledgeable of self-care increased from 88.7%to 96.2%,and patient satisfaction with nursing service increased from 89.6%to 99.1%.Severity of radiotherapy induced skin reactions was significantly milder after QCC activities,as compared to that before the activities（P0.05,P0.01）,with the occurrence rate of gradeⅡand more severe skin reactions being 35.8%,lower than the preset goal.Conclusion The application of QCC activities helps alleviate radiotherapy induced skin reactions in patients receiving irradiation for head and neck cancner,and improve patients′knowledge levels and satisfaction.QCC can be used as an effective tool to foster long-lasting improvement in the quality of nursing service.
