摘要
目的探讨鼻咽癌放射治疗致放射性皮炎的综合护理效果。方法 94例鼻咽癌放射治疗致放射性皮炎患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,各47例,对照组常规护理,观察组综合护理,观察2组干预后皮肤放射性损伤分级及护理满意度。结果观察组II^IV级皮肤损伤比例65.96%(31/47),低于对照组的87.23%(41/47),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组护理满意度87.23%(41/47),高于对照组的51.06%(24/47),差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论在鼻咽癌放射治疗致放射性皮炎患者护理过程中采用综合护理干预,可有效减轻患者皮肤损伤,提高护理满意度。
Objective To investigate the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on radioactive dermatitis of patients with radiotherapy for nasopharyngeal cancer. Methods A total of 94 nasopharyngeal cancer patients with radioactive dermatitis after radiotherapy were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with 47 cases in each group. The control group was given routing nursing care and the observation group was given comprehensive nursing interventions. The injury scale of radioactive dermatitis and satisfaction degree to nursing service were compared between two groups. Results The rate of patients with Ⅱ - Ⅳ grade of radioactive dermatitis injury was65. 96%（31 /47） in the observation group and was 87. 23%（41 /47） in the control group,with a significant difference（ P〈0.05）. The nursing satisfaction rate was 87. 23%（41 /47） in the observation group and was 51. 06%（ 24 /47） in the control group,with a significant difference（ P〈0.01）.Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention can reduce the injury scale of radioactive dermatitis in patients with radiotherapy for nasopharyngeal cancer,and to improve the nursing satisfaction.
