摘要
当前高校图书馆事业的危机,包括管理危机、服务危机、人才危机、形象危机、财政危机、资源危机、技术危机、发展危机,根据危机发生的原因找出应对高校图书馆服务危机应把握依法管理、以人为本等基本原则和与之相对应的策略,强调院校之间和校际之间通力合作,构建全国高校信息流通体系,将是未来高校图书馆发展的大趋势。
This paper describes the current service crisis of the university library,including management crisis,service crisis,talent crisis,identity crisis,financial crisis,resource crisis,technology crisis and devel opment crisis.Then it finds out the principles such as management in accordance,people-oriented and the corresponding measures to deal with the service crisis of the university library according to the causes of the crisis.It stresses that co-operation between institutions and inter-school and construction of the na tional higher education information circulation system will be the future development trend of the universi ty library.
