摘要
目的分析探索PBL教学模式在骨科临床实习教学中应用的可行性及意义。方法将2010~2011年度在蚌医附院骨科实习的72名临床医学专业五年制本科学生随机分为两组PBL教学组和LBL教学组,分别针对两组进行骨科实习教学,教学课程结束后进行考核,通过比较学生考试成绩来评价教学效果,并通过问卷调查形式来分别评估两组学生的学习态度和接受程度。结果 PBL试验组理论成绩明显优于LBL组,PBL教学模式更能有效激发学生的学习兴趣和求知欲望,有助于培养及提高实习学生自主思考和临床反应能力、创新思维意识。结论 PBL相较于传统教学模式,有突出的优越性,受到学生的普遍接受,值得推广和应用。PBL教学模式是传统灌输法教学模式的补充,二者相辅相成,适合当前医学教学现状。
Objective To explore the feasibility and significance of the application of PBL teaching mode in orthopedic clini- cal practice teaching. Methods From 2010 to 2011,72 orthopedic practice in our hospital clinical professional five-year under- graduate students were randomly divided into two groups of PBL group and LBL teaching group, respectively, for the two groups of orthopedic practice teaching, assessment was conducted after the end of the tutorial by comparing student test scores to evaluate the effectiveness of teaching and assessment survey two groups of students ' attitude and acceptance. Results PBL trial group theory results were significantly better than those of the LBL group, PBL teaching mode was more effective to stimulate students ' interest in learning and the desire for knowledge, to help develop and improve the internship students' independent thinking and clinical response capability,innovative thinking consciousness. Conclusion Compared to traditional teaching mode, PBL high- lighted the superiority of generally accepted by the students ,which was worthy of promotion and application. PBL teaching mode was the complement of the traditional the indoctrination method of teaching mode, the two were complement to each other, and suitable for medical teaching situation.
