摘要
目的探讨综合性护理干预对肝硬化上消化道出血患者的临床治疗效果的影响及护理的重要性。方法总结分析56例肝硬化上消化道出血患者不同的护理过程,将其分成正常组和治疗组,观察其治疗效果及护理体会。结果治疗组患者总有效率显著高于正常组,差异有统计学意义。结论通过加强对上消化道出血的全面有效的综合性护理,可以及时发现病情的变化,作出相应的处理措施,使患者康复快,治疗效果好,减少了患者的经济负担,缩短了住院的天数。
Objective To investigate the impact of comprehensive nursing intervention on clinical outcomes of patients with upper gastrointestinal bleeding in cirrhosis and the importance of care. Methods Analyzed 56 patients with liver cirrhosis, gastrointestinal bleeding patients care process into the normal group and the treatment group, to observe the treatment effect and nursing. Results The total effective rate in treatment group patients was significantly higher than the normal group, the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion By strengthening the comprehensive and effective care of upper gastrointestinal bleeding, timely detection of the disease changes, make the appropriate measures to deal quick rehabilitation of patients, the treatment effect, reduce the economic burden of patients, shorten hospital stay number of days.
