摘要
目的:评估奥美拉唑配合护理干预治疗上消化道出血的临床效果。方法:对南昌市第三医院收治的96例消化道出血患者进行研究,研究时间为2015年2月至2017年2月期间,应用随机数表法分配患者,分为研究组和对照组进行对比研究,每组患者人数均为48例,两组患者均采用常规治疗和护理方法,在此基础上,研究组患者增用奥美拉唑和护理干预措施,对两组治疗效果进行评价,评价指标包括治疗有效率、止血时间、治疗后出血量、护理满意度以及患者舒适度评分。结果:研究组患者止血时间、治疗后出血量与对照组有较大差异,有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组治疗有效率、对护理工作的满意度均比对照组高,有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,研究组患者心理、生理、环境和社会变化评分高于对照组,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:奥美拉唑配合护理干预治疗上消化道出血的临床效果较理想,能显著强化治疗效果,值得推广应用。
Objective:To evaluate the clinical effect of bleeding omeprazole combined with nursing intervention in the treatment of upper digestive.Methods:96cases of patients in the Third Hospital of Nanchang from February2015to February2017with gastrointestinal bleeding were randomly divided into study group and control group.The number of patients in each group was in48cases,and two groups of patients were treated with conventional therapy and nursing methods.On this basis,patients in study group were added with omeprazole and nursing intervention measures.The therapeutic effect of two groups,including the evaluation index of the treatment efficiency,the bleeding time and bleeding volume after treatment,full of care satisfaction and comfort score were evaluated.Results:The bleeding time,bleeding amount after treatment the patients in the study group has great difference compared with the control group(P<0.05);the treatment efficiency,nursing satisfaction of the study group was higher than that in control group(P<0.05);after treatment,the patient's psychological,physiological,environmental and social change scores of the study group were higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect omeprazole combined with nursing intervention in the treatment of upper digestive tract hemorrhage is ideal,which can significantly enhance the therapeutic effect.Thus it is worthy of application.
