摘要
目的探讨护理干预对高血压患者治疗效果的影响及护理措施。方法选取高血压患者56例随机分为观察组和对照组,每组28例。2组均给予常规治疗及护理,观察组同时给予系统的护理干预措施。干预后,观察2组血压控制水平、血压达标情况、对高血压知识的知晓率及治疗依从性。结果干预后2组患者收缩压及舒张压均优于干预前(P<0.05);干预后观察组患者收缩压及舒张压明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后2组患者血压达标率、高血压知晓率及治疗依从性均优于干预前(P<0.05);干预后观察组血压达标率、高血压知晓率及治疗依从性明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论护理干预能改善高血压患者的治疗效果及血压达标率,并改善患者治疗依从性。
Objective To investigate the influence of nursing care intervention on treatment effectiveness in hypertension and care measure.Methods 56 cases patients with hypertension were divided into observation group and control group,each of 28 cases.The two groups received the normal care,and observation group received the systemic care.After the intervention,observed levels of blood pressure,blood pressure target achievement,knowledge of hypertension awareness and treatment dependence of two groups.Results After nursing care intervention,systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure of two groups were better than that before nursing care intervention（P〈0.05）;And systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure of the observation group were better than those in control group（P〈0.05）.After nursing care intervention,blood pressure target achievement,knowledge of hypertension awareness and treatment dependence of two groups were better than those before nursing care intervention（P〈0.05）;And blood pressure target achievement,knowledge of hypertension awareness and treatment dependence of observation group were better than those in control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The nursing care intervention can improve the treatment effect,blood pressure target achievement and treatment dependence.
