摘要
目的:通过探索建立"冬梅护理"品牌模式,提升护理人员的整体素质,提高患者对护理工作满意度。方法:从2004年起至今,通过4个阶段建立并完善"冬梅护理"品牌模式。结果:"冬梅护理"团队成员的整体素质普遍提升,患者、家属及社会对护理工作满意度均有提高。结论:"冬梅护理"品牌经8年来的实践与探索,达到了患者满意、群众满意、社会满意、政府满意的目标,为医院赢得了良好的声誉。
Objective: To promote the quality of nursing staff and the satisfaction rate of patients through the exploration and establishment of"Dong Mei Nursing " model. Methods: Since 2004, the model was established and improved through four stages. Results: There had significant improvement in the overall quality of nursing staff. The satisfaction rates of patients, general population, and the society were also increased. Conclusion: The "Dong Mei Nursing" brand model has been confirmed by patients and society, and obtained a perfect reputation in 8 years' exploration and practice.
