摘要
[目的 ]探讨护理人员综合素质量化管理方法。 [方法 ]根据法规要求和护理人员所处的能级制定了不同层次护理人员素质标准 ,编制了配套的数据处理软件。 [结果 ]应用此法可科学、公正、全面评价护理人员的工作完成情况和综合能力。 [结论 ]为继续再教育提供了科学数据 ,使护理管理更趋于科学化。
Objective: to probe into the quantization management of comprehensive quality of nursing staffs. Method: integrated data disposal software has compiled, with the content of quality standard of nursing staff of different levels, which was worked out according to the requirement of law and the ability of nursing staff. Result: through implementation, the software can evaluate work completion and comprehensive ability of nursing staff scientifically, equitably, and comprehensively. Conclusion: the software has provided a scientific base for continuing education. It has also made nursing management more scientific.
