摘要
[目的]探讨"六心"护理在PICC置管肿瘤病人中的应用效果。[方法]选取2014年1月—2016年12月在肿瘤放化疗科接受经外周静脉置入中心静脉导管(PICC)的108例肿瘤病人,将病人随机分为对照组和观察组,每组54例,观察组将"六心"护理应用于此类病人,对照组给予常规护理,比较两组病人对护理工作的满意率及PICC并发症发生情况。[结果]观察组病人满意率较对照组高(P<0.05);观察组病人穿刺点红肿、静脉炎、导管相关性感染、非计划拔管等PICC导管并发症发生率较对照组低(P<0.05)。[结论]"六心"护理可提高PICC置管肿瘤病人的满意率,减少导管并发症的发生,深化优质护理内涵,提高肿瘤病人的生活质量。
Objective:To probe into the effect of"six heart"nursing in cancer patients with PICC.Methods:From January 2014 to December 2016,A total of 108 cases of cancer patients in department of the chemotherapy in our hospital accepted peripherally inserted central catheter(PICC),the patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group,54 cases in each.The patients in observation group received "six hearts"nursing for such patients.The patients in control group received routine care,the satisfaction rate of nursing service and incidence of PICC catheter complications were compared between the two groups.Results:Compared with the two groups,the satisfaction rate of patients in observation group was higher(P<0.05).The incidence of complications of PICC catheter complications such as puncture point redness and swelling,phlebitis,catheterrelated infection and unplanned extubation were lower in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The"six heart"nursing care could improve cancer patients' satisfaction rate of PICC indwelling catheter,reduce complications,and deepen the connotation of high quality nursing,embody humanistic care and improve the quality of life of cancer patients.
