摘要
采用高温固相法由碳酸锰一步制备三氧化二锰。通过热力学数据计算,并结合热重分析(TG),X射线衍射(XRD)等方法,研究了碳酸锰在空气氛围中于不同温度下的分解行为。结果显示,碳酸锰在氧气中反应的中间产物和最终产物分别为二氧化锰和三氧化二锰。当氧气含量不足时,最终产物中会出现四氧化三锰。分析了中间产物二氧化锰受氧气分压影响转变为三氧化二锰或四氧化三锰的竞争反应机理。获得了制备三氧化二锰的最佳条件,产物为纯相三氧化二锰。
Mn2O3 was prepared from MnCO3 by high -temperature solid -state method in the paper. The decomposing behaviors of MnCO3 in air atmosphere under different temperatures were investigated by thermodynamic calculation, thermogravimetry (TG) and powder X- ray diffraction (XRD). MnO2 and Mn2O3 were found to be the intermediate and final product, respectively. The final product can be Mn304 when the oxygen pressure is low. It implies a competitive reaction mechanism of decomposing MnCO3 , which is related to the partial oxygen pressure. The optimum reaction condition of preparing Mn2O3 from MnCO3 is obtained.
