摘要
研究了以Mn2O3为氧化剂,在硫酸介质中氧化对氯甲苯合成对氟苯甲醛的工艺条件,最适宜的反应温度为343K,硫酸浓度为8.0mol/L。实验中所使用的三氧化二锰是在923K下灼烧二氧化锰得到的,用亚硫酸氢钠法分离反应物与产物。氧化反应表现出零级反应特征,反应活化能为115kJ/mol左右。
p-Chlorobenzaldehyde was obtained by oxidation of p-chlorotoluene with Mn2O3 as the oxidant in H2SO4. The optimum reaction conditions were as follows: reaction temperature was 343K, the concentration of H2SO4 was 8.0 mol/L, Mn2O3 was obtained by baking MnO2 at 923K. The product was isolated from reaction mixture with a NaHSO3 solution. The results showed that the reaction followed a zero-rate kinetics, and its activation energy was about 115 KJ/mol.
