摘要
经过正交试验及其验证性实验,确定了Mn3+与甲苯反应的最佳条件,并就间接电合成中的硫酸介质浓度对Mn3+的电流效率及苯甲醛产率彤响相反,提出了解决方法.
This paper has investigated the conditions in the reaction of Mn3+ from Mn2+ electrolytic oxidation with toluene. The results have indicatedthat the H2SO4 concentration has the counter influence on the current efficiencyand the aldehyde yield. The method of Mn2+ elcctro-oxidation in low H2SO4concentration (40% H2SO4) and synthesing aldehyde in high H2SO4concentration (55 %  ̄ 60% ) has been presented that the total yield can reach 67.5 %.
