摘要
目的:了解广州市综合医院医生对对口帮扶社区卫生服务机构的意愿,社区医生对支援医院的需求,为政府推行综合医院支援社区提出建议,以及为双向转诊制度的顺利开展做好准备。方法:采用问卷形式,对广州市6家综合医院及15家社区医生进行调查。结果:综合医院医生下社区的积极性不高,不愿下社区的原因为影响个人收入,名声不好,大材小用。而社区绝大部分医生都非常赞成专家下社区,并且对综合医院支援社区的需求种类为专家门诊,业务讲座,健康教育,慢性病管理,双向转诊审核等。结论:政府应建立激励制度,吸引专家下社区;另一方面,应建立长效机制,全方位引进人才,培养人才,留住人才,提高全科医生的整体素质。
To investigate Guang- zhou city general hospital doctors to support community health service Financial institu- tions will, community physicians to support the needs of hospitals,for the government to carry out comprehensive hospital to support community recommendation, and the two - way referral system smoothly to prepare. But the community most doctors are very much in favour of experts under the community, and the general hospital to support community needs types： expert outpatient service, busi- ness, education, health, chronic disease management, two - way referral of audit. Cone, ln- sion： The govermnent should establish the incentive system, to attract experts under the community;on the other hand,should estab- lish lasting effect mechanism,all - round in- troduction of talents, training talents, retain talent, improve the integral quality of general practitioners.
