摘要
目的研究受援医院在对口支援中的成功做法,提高对口支援的效果。方法调研了延庆县医院10余年来的帮扶档案,与相关人员进行了访谈。结果从中发现了延庆县医院在对口支援中具有人力资本开发的管理理念、持续改进的工作思路等5个方面的工作特色。结论从受援医院的角度阐释了对口支援精细化管理的具体形式,能为其他县级医院对口支援工作提供借鉴和帮助。
Objeclive To study the successful practice of recipient hospital in directional support and to improve support effect. Method Studying directional support records of Yanqing County Hospital in more than ten years, and interviewing relevant staff. Result Five characteristics in directional support of the Yanqing County Hospital are found, including human capital development concept, continuous improvement thought, and so on. Conclusion From the recipient hospital, the specific form of fine management in directional support is explained, and references and help for other countylever hospitals are provided.
