提高技术水平是发展社区卫生的重点和难点,利用医科院校及其附属医院的资源优势,通过对社区卫生技术人员进行培训,专家教授进社区帮带,将适宜技术推广应用到社区,指导社区人员开展疾病干预,是一个行之有效的模式。
Improve technical level is the emphasis and difficulty to develope community health. It s an effective mode that use the resources advantage of medical colleges and its affiliated hospitals, by training the community health technical practitioners, expert professors to help and bring up them into the community, promote and apply the suitable health technology to community for technical staff, guide the community general practitioners to prevent and intervent diseases.
