简要介绍科技查新的重要性,以广州中医药大学图书馆科技查新为例,利用SWOT法对科技查新在科技创新中的作用进行分析并提出相应策略,包括确定战略方向、实施多样化服务、加强知识产权信息服务、跨界联合、塑造中医药信息服务品牌等。
The paper declares the significance of sci - tech novelty assessment . By taking Guangzhou University of Traditional Chi- nese Medicine Library sci - teeh novelty assessment as an example, by using the SWOT method it analyzes the role on sci - tech novelty assessment in sci - tech innovation, and puts forward corresponding countermeasures including determining the strategic direction, implementing diversified service, jointing cross-border, strengthening intellectual property information service, jointing cross - border, shaping traditional Chinese medicine information service brand.
