摘要
随着中国社会的快速发展,我国患有精神及心理疾病的人数急剧增加。临床心理学人才匮乏成为了亟待研究的重要问题。本文分析了我国临床心理学人才培养现状及需求,构建了临床心理学多元制人才培养模式,并以重要理念构建、教学体系构建以及教学方式构建作为人才培养模式的主要内容,将一个目标、二个主体、四个系统作为模式的运行框架,从而丰富了我国人才培养创新的理论体系,并对促进社会主义和谐社会的建设具有重要意义。
With the rapid development of Chinese society, China is suffering a sharp increase in the number of mental illness and the lack of personnel in clinical psychology. Clinical psychology personnel training has become an important part of urgent research. In this paper, the multivariate personnel training of clinical psychology is on the basis of the analysis of the present situation and needs. The main content of personnel training model includes the build of important concept, teaching system and teaching method. And the four system frameworks include one target, two principal and four systems, thus enriching the theoretical innovation system of personnel training and promoting the building of a harmonious society.
