摘要
高校的科技查新机构在开展科技查新服务时有优势,但也存在一些问题。科技查新工作要想获得持续良性发展,必须提高查新人员的综合素质,构建多元化的科技查新服务体系,在服务内容上立足查新,深化信息服务内涵;在服务对象上立足本校,服务社会。
There are advantages as well as problems in the service of the university novelty searching institution. To achieve sustainable and healthy development in its service, the institution should improve the comprehensive quality of the staff members and diversify their services. The service information should be deepened and focused on novelty search and the objects of service should be expanded from university to society.
