摘要
黑木耳富含多种活性成分,具有广泛的药理和保健作用,深受大众喜爱。本文着重介绍了近几年来黑木耳深加工产品的种类及其加工技术的研究进展,旨在为黑木耳加工产品的进一步研究与开发提供一定的参考借鉴。
A uricularia auricular contained many kinds of active ingredients, and had a wide range of pharmacological and healthy functions. It was greatly popular with large audience. This paper introduced the research progress of deep processing products of Auricularia auricular and its processing technologies in recent years, in order to provide a reference for further research and development of processing products of A uricularia auricular.
