摘要
山药多糖是山药中重要活性成分之一。本文总结近年来的文献期刊,对山药多糖的提取纯化和药理作用做一综述,为山药的开发与利用,奠定一个良好的基础。
Yam polysaccharide is one of the important active ingredient in the yam. This paper summarizes the recent literature journals to do a review of yam extraction, purification and pharmacological effects, in order to lay a good foundation for the development and utilization of yam.
