摘要
利用粉末冶金(P/M)法,以硅颗粒为增强相,制备铝基复合材料。以所得试样的密度和抗拉强度为目标函数,以硬脂酸锌含量、压制压力、烧结温度、保温时间为变量进行正交优化设计。结果表明,压制压力对密度影响最大,硬脂酸锌含量对抗拉强度影响最大;试样获得最大密度和最高抗拉强度的最佳方案为:硬脂酸锌含量0.5 wt%,压制压力500 MPa,烧结温度为575℃,保温时间为1.5 h。
Silicon particulate reinforced aluminum matrix composite (AI MMCs) was prepared by powder metallurgical (P/M). The orthogonal optimization design was carried out by taking the sintered density and tensile strength of the sample as objective functions, taking the zinc stearate concentration, the compacting pressure, sintering temperature and holding time as design variables. The results show that, optimal sintered density and mechanical properties are obtained under the condition of the concentration of zinc stearating for 0.5wt%, the compacting pressure for 500 MPa, sintering temperature of 575 ℃ and holding time for 1.5 h.
