摘要
                
                    应用正交试验优化设计,并采用相应的统计分析方法对所得数据进行分析,可以在大量减少试验次数的情况下获得最佳的参数组合,使试验次数减少、节省人力、物力和降低成本,对于实际生产工艺参数的确定尤为合适。本文应用正交优化设计对Cr12MoV的TD处理工艺进行了研究,取得了良好的效果。
                
                Using optimal design of orthogonal test, and analyzing the data from relative statistics analysis method, the optimal parameters array can be gotten in the circumstance of reducing testing frequency, so that testing frequency is reduced,both resources of human and material get saved, and total costs get lowered, which especially fits for the defining of actual processing parameters. Whilst TD process to Cr12MoV gets studied by using orthogonal test design, which leads to good results.
