摘要
为了获得微波烧结TiC增强6061铝基复合材料较为理想的热处理工艺,运用扫描镜对热处理前后试样进行金相显微组织观察,并对热处理后的试样进行显微硬度测试。结果表明,经固溶温度540℃保温1.5h,时效温度160℃保温8 h工艺处理的材料有较好的综合力学性能。
To obtain the ideal heat treatment process of microwave sintering TiC reinforced 6061 Al matrix composite,the metallurgical microstructures of samples before and after heat treatment were observed by SEM,then the microscopic hardness of samples after heat treatment was tested.It is indicated that materials have good mechanical properties after solution temperature at 540 ℃ for 1.5 h,aging temperature at 160 ℃ for 8 h.
