摘要
农村地区"学住分离"即子女上学地与父母居住地的分离。农村劳动力大量流出,非劳动力人口滞留农村,造成子女与父母的空间分离。本文利用Spearman等级相关系数、学住分离强度和空间分析方法从时空角度总结农村学住分离特征。研究发现学住分离强度随子女上学不同阶段而变化;子女上学地从本镇到西安,学住分离强度下降;子女与父亲和母亲的学住分离强度在子女上学的不同阶段和不同地点均有所差异。学住分离影响因素包括本地城镇吸纳能力不足、城镇化体制机制不完善、城乡教育设施差距和家庭经济条件差异。未来应推动农村集中居住,配套完善教育设施,发展产业,创新体制机制。
School-housing misbalance on rural areas refers to the separate of the school location of children and the parents' residence. The spatial separation of children and parents is caused by the outflow of rural labor and strand of non-working population. The Spearman Correlation, the intensity index of School-housing misbalanee and spatial analysis method are used to analyze the Characteristics of Spatial and Temporal. It infers that the intensity index of School-housing misbalance changes with the school stage of children. And the intensity index of School-housing misbalance decreased with the school location of children from town to Xi'an. And the intensity index of School-housing misbalanee is different between parents. The lacking of absorb capacity in local town, the imperfect of institutional mechanism in urbanization, the gap of education facilities between urban and rural and the gap of family economic condition are the influencing factors of the intensity of School-housing misbalance. Making the residence of rural areas live Concentrate, completing the education facilities, developing the industry and innovating the institutional mechanism should be done of the rural areas in the future.
