摘要
全科医生人才是医学院校以社区卫生服务为主要目的建设的一批专业的高素质人才队伍。目前,对在校医学生开展全科医学教学已成为当前医学院校的一项重要工作,本文探讨了医学院校全科人才培养的现状,针对其中的局限性提出了一种医学院校全科教育的新途径。
General practitioners are high-quality professionals cultivated in medical colleges for community health service. At present, it has become an important task for medical colleges to carry out family medicine teaching in medical students. The status of general practitioner training in medical colleges was studied. Based on which,a new path to improve general practitioner training was put forward to break through its limitations.
