摘要
目的探索全面深化全科医生家庭签约服务的方式方法。方法建立并实施家庭医生助理员制度。结果解决了诸如全科医生与签约对象"僧少粥多"、应接不暇、疲于应付一般性程序和诊疗服务难以跟上等困难与困惑,"解放"了全科医生的"手脚","定诊率"等明显提升,签约服务效率提高,签约对象和全科医生满意度显著提高。结论家庭医生助理员制度切实可行,有利于全科医生家庭签约服务全面深化与发展。
OBJECTIVE To explore comprehensively deepen GPS family signing service mode. METHOD To establish and implementthe family physician assistant system. RESULTS Have solved such as GPS and signing＂the monk less porridge mont＂, overwhelmed,struggling to cope with the general program, and so difficult to diagnosis and treatment services and confused,＂liberation＂of all doc-tor＂tricks＂,＂fixed rate＂diagnosis significantly, improve the service efficiency of contract signing, object and general practitionersatisfaction were significantly increased.CONCLUSION Family physician assistant systemwas conducive to the GPS family contractedservice deepening and overall development.
