摘要
分析胜炼催化汽油吸附脱硫装置用能特点和影响装置能耗的主要因素,并从优化工艺流程的角度,利用夹点技术对装置进行了用能分析。与现公用工程总量相比,若利用夹点技术对换热网络进行优化,最多可节约热公用工程2.460 MW,节能潜力48.9%,最多节约冷公用工程2.531 MW,节能潜力为60.3%。
Abstract:The paper analyzed the features and main effect factors on energy consumption of the catalytic and cracking gasoline absorption and desulfuration unit in Shengli refinery, adopted pinch technology analyzed energy consumption of the unit from the aspect of optimizing process flow. If the optimization on heat exchanger network by pinch point technology will be executed, compared with status utilities consumption, heat and cold utilities could be saved 2.460 MW and 2. 531 MW respectively, and energy - saving potential would reach 48.9% and 60.3% cor- respondingly.
