摘要
采用SPSS19.0统计软件对某炼厂近10年来1 480批次93#车用汽油(国V标准实施后牌号变更为92#)的出厂质量数据进行分析,研究了在质量升级过程中加工工艺的变化对油品组成和性能的影响情况。研究结果显示,随着汽油标准的更新升级,该炼厂出厂车用汽油的硫、烯烃、苯、锰等含量逐渐下降;芳烃含量在标准范围内逐渐上升,国V标准实施后才出现下降;T50蒸发温度在国V标准实施后出现显著降低。
SPSS19.0 statistical software was used to analyze the quality data of 93# motor gasoline( motor gasoline brand was changed to 92# after the implementation of National V Standard)produced by a refinery in the past 10 years. The influence of process changes on the composition and performance of oil products during the quality upgrading process was studied to provide guidance for oil quality management. The results showed that with the upgrade of motor gasoline standard, the sulfur, olefin, benzene and manganese content of motor gasoline produced by the refinery decreased gradually. The aromatics content of the motor gasoline increased gradually within the standard range but decreased after the implementation of the National V Standard. The 50 percent distil-off temperature of the motor gasoline decreased significantly after the implementation of the National V Standard.
