摘要
针时国内炼厂对S Zorb装置的大规模投建,为了能在较短的设计周期内完成多套S Zorb装置的配管设计,首次采用了整套装置的配管模块化设计方式。对S Zorb装置的配管模块化设计分区块进行了介绍,并对各区存在的影响模块化设计的因素进行了分析,提出了切实可行的解决方案,为配管模块化设计的进一步发展提供了可借鉴的经验。
Since S Zorb units are being built on a large scale in domestic refineries,piping modular design for the whole unit was used for the first time to complete the piping design of many S Zorb units in a short design cycle.This paper introduces the piping modular design for S Zorb unit by zones,analyzes the factors influencing the piping modular design and proposes some feasible solutions,providing references for the further development of piping modular design.
