授权评价在北京职业院校质量发展评价中的运用与影响

摘要 授权评价来自于欧洲,近几年在北京职业院校质量发展评价中加以应用并收到良好效果。首先介绍了授权评价的内涵、特征,然后详细论述了授权评价过程的4阶段8环节。最后,对授权评价在北京职业院校的收效、反响进行了归纳,认为授权评价是职业院校发展性评价的重要工具,应积极推广。 Empowered evaluation, which originates from Europe, has been applied to the evaluation of quality development of Beijing vocational schools in recent years, which turns out to be very satisfactory. Firstly, this paper introduces its connotation, six features and four theoretical foundations, and then disscuses the four areas -- quality development, school- enterprise cooperation, professional innovative team and teacher training, which have applied empowered evaluation to Beijing vocational schools. Taking the quality development evaluation for example, it discusses the four stages and eight links of empowered evaluation in detail. At last, the paper summarizes the influence of the application of empowered evaluation on Beijing vocational schools and concludes that the empowered evaluation is an important tool. Therefore, it should be popularized in the evaluation of quality development of vocational schools.
