摘要
在复杂的全球场域中高等教育的发展充满了张力,其中全球化与地方化、西方化与民族化构成了四维空间,高等教育外有政府、市场、社会的牵制及其相互博弈,内有学术与行政、学术与文化之间的紧张,因此有各种不定的选项和可能。在克拉克"三角协调模式"和马金森"全球国家地方能动模式"的基础上,构建"高等教育全球化张力模型",可为非西方世界的高等教育全球化战略选择提供有价值的参考。
The development of higher education in the complex global field is full of ten sion. Globalization and localization, westernization and nationalization have constituted a four-dimensional space. Outside of higher education, there contains government, market, society and their mutual game, while inside there exist tensions between academic and ad- ministrative, academic and cultural. Then, there are various options and possibilities. On the basis of the ＂triangular coordination mode＂ by Burton Clark and ＂global agency heuristic＂ by Simon Marginson, it constructs ＂globalization of higher education tension model＂, which would provide a valuable reference for non-Western world.
