摘要
目的探讨慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)患者COPD评估测试(CAT)与GOLD分级的相关性。方法应用CAT(中文版)对80例COPD急性加重期患者的生活质量进行评估,同时测定常规肺功能和支气管扩张试验。根据CAT评分的分值对患者的生活质量进行分级,同时根据肺功能进行GOLD分级,对结果进行相关性分析。结果 80例COPD患者的CAT分值随患者病情加重而逐渐增加,CAT评分与GOLD分级存在相关性(r=0.59,P<0.01)。结论 CAT与GOLD分级存在高度的相关性。
Objective To explore the correlation between GOLD grading and CAT grading of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease（COPD）.Methods CAT Chinese version was applied to evaluate the quality of life of 80 patients with COPD at exacerbations period,at the same time the lung function and bronchiectasis experiment were done.Grading according to CAT grading score to patient′s quality of life was done,and GOLD grading according to the lung function was done,then the results were analyzed correlatively.Results In 80 patients with COPD,CAT score increased as the patient condition aggravated,and the CAT grading and the GOLD grading were correlated（r=0.59,P0.01）.Conclusion The CAT grading and the GOLD grading are closely correlated.
