摘要
COPD是严重威胁人类身心健康的疾病之一,正确的疾病认知可以帮助医护人员提供恰当的医疗护理服务,提高患者疾病治疗的依从性,进而改善患者的生活质量。本文在检索大量文献的基础上,对国内外COPD疾病认知测评工具进行综述,旨在帮助临床医护人员和学术研究者在评价COPD患者及医护人员对COPD疾病认知时选择合适的量表提供参考依据。
Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease（ COPD） is becoming one of the serious threats to human health.The correct cognition of COPD can help medical staff to provide appropriate medical cares, improve patient adherence to treatments,thus to improve patients＇ quality of life. This paper reviews the assessment tools for COPD cognition both at home and abroad based on a great of literature retrievals to provide reference for clinical medical staff and academic researchers cognizing COPD and choosing appropriate rating scales.
