摘要 描述了木薯采后生理变质现象,并对其防治策略、发生机理、评估方法等方面的研究结果进行了综述。 The cassava post-harvest physiological deterioration phenomenon is described, and the research results of its control strategies, generation mechanism, evaluation method and other aspects are reviewed in this paper.
