摘要
针对板料成形回弹的研究分析过度依据经验,缺乏系统科学的检测方法。以BC-48冰箱门外壳为研究对象,采用摄影测量和面扫描相结合的测量方法获取了制件的点云数据,提出了利用逆向校核软件GeomagicQualify的3D比对功能,通过选取制件上的关键点获得其三维空间的回弹值。研究结果表明:对于制件大表面和两折弯面,空间回弹数值的影响主要来自z方向,x方向回弹数值为0,y方向影响较小。特别是大表面,空间回弹数值的大小和方向与z方向大小和方向完全保持一致,而对于两折弯面,空间回弹值大小和z方向大小幅度一致,方向相反。
Sheet metal springback analysis is mainly dependent on experience and short of reasonable measuring methods.The combined method of photography and surface scanning measurement technology was adopted to obtain point cloud data of BC-48 refrigerator door shell.The 3D comparison method based on reverse engineering software Geomagic Qualify was presented to obtain 3D springback values of the key points.The results indicate with regard to the larger surface and two bend surfaces of refrigerator door shell,the influences of 3d space springback values are mainly from z direction,x direction is 0,and y direction is less.Especially for larger surface,springback value and direction along 3d space are completely consistent with z direction.But for two bend surfaces,springback value along 3d space is completely consistent with z direction,and springback direction is completely opposite.
