摘要
考虑到切边线在汽车外覆盖件上的特殊意义,提出用切边线的变形来评价真实冲压件的回弹;根据弹性变形的特点,利用强制变形方法计算出回弹前后模型结点拓扑关系,从而实现了回弹的精确评价,并将该方法运用到了模具的修整和切边线的预判断。
A scheme is put forward that uses the deformation of trimming line to evaluate the springback of real stamping parts. Based on the feature of elastic deformation and by means of enforced deformation, the topological relationship of the nodes in the model before and after springback is calculated, and thus the accurate evaluation of springback is realized. The method can also be applied to die repair and predetermination of trimming line.
