摘要
强骨胶囊是治疗原发性骨质疏松症的代表性中成药,骨碎补总黄酮是其发挥疗效的物质基础。本文通过对已发表的强骨胶囊基础研究文献进行系统收集、整理,从作用机理、药理作用、毒理研究三方面对强骨胶囊治疗原发性骨质疏松症的有效性和安全性进行分析和总结,结果提示强骨胶囊治疗原发性骨质疏松症作用机理清楚,药理作用明显,安全性较好,对原发性骨质疏松症的预防和治疗都具有较好的疗效。
Qianggu capsule is a kind of representative traditional medicine that is used for primary osteoporosis. Osteopraetic Total Flavone is the material base for its curative effect. This article systematically arranged basic research literature about Qianggu capsule, and summarized Qianggu capsule＇s curative effect and safety in treating primary osteoporosis in terms of it＇ s maehanism,pharmacology and toxicology. It turned out that Qianggu capsule ＇s curative for Primary Osteoporosis has clear machanism, obvious pharmacological action and good safty. Qianggu capsule has an ideal curative and preventive effect for Primary Osteoporosis
