摘要
三七具有止血不留瘀、化瘀不伤正的特点,广泛用于内外各类出血。在临床上用于治疗心血管系统、肿瘤、血液系统等方面的疾病。三七的主要化学成分有三七总皂苷(Panax notoginseng saponins,PNS)、三七素、三七多糖类、黄酮苷、挥发油、氨基酸及各种微量元素等。其中主要有效活性成分三七总皂苷及其制剂临床应用广泛,就近年来三七皂苷制剂在临床应用的基础研究支撑做一综述。
Panax notoginseng has a unique feature of controlling bleeding without leaving stasis,eliminating stasis without negatively affecting body function. Panax notoginseng has been widely used in various kinds of internal and external bleeding in clinical practice and frequently adopted in the treatment of cardiovascular diseases,cancer and hematological disorders. Panax notoginseng’s major chemical components are： Panax notoginseng saponins（ PNS）,dencichine,Panax polysaccharides,flavonoid glycosides,volatile oils,amino acids and various trace elements,etc. PNS is as one of the effective components of Panax notoginseng and its related pharmacological preparations have been extensively used in clinic. The current review summarizes the recent progress on the basic research and associated clinical applications of preparations of PNS.
