南极磷虾中氟含量的调查分析 被引量:9

摘要 摘要:为更加系统地研究南极磷虾中氟的分布情况,课题组查阅了大量国内外研究资料,对磷虾中氟的时空分布情况进行了汇总.借助于2010、2011年两次南极科研考察,对南极磷虾中氟的生理性分布差异及初加X--前后的氟含量差异进行了研究。结果显示,不同时间、不同站位的南极磷虾氟的含量有较大差异,不同站位的南极磷虾氟(整虾)含量变化区间为703.2~1825mg/kg。南极磷虾各部位中氟含量的分布明显具有甲壳(包括甲壳和尾足)〉头胸部〉肌肉的变化特征:中国明对虾和刀额新对虾各部位的氟含量分布也存在着与南极磷虾相同的分布情况,即甲壳〉头胸部〉肌肉的变化特征。 For a more systematic study of Antarctic krill fluorine distribution in the situation,we investigated a large number of domestic and foreign research data on krill,fluorine contents in spatial and temporal distribution were summarized,with the help of 2010,2011 two Antarctic research expedition to the Antarctic krill. The Fluorine content differences in the physiological distribution and the processing were studied,the research results showed :time and stance influenced fluorine content of Antarctic krill. The fluorine content changed from 703.2mg/kg to 1825mg/kg in different sites. The fluorine content changed obviously in the different parts of the body:crustacean (including crustaceans and uropods)〉cephalothorax〉muscle characteristics. The fluorine content of Chinese shrimp in different parts of distribution also existed with the same distribution of Antarctic krill,crustacean〉cephalothorasx〉muscle characteristics.
