摘要
以多乐氟为研究对象,进行了紫外分光光度法测定多乐氟中氟化钠含量的方法学研究,并以纯化水为溶出介质,测定了多乐氟48h的体外释放。结果显示,氟化钠在8.896μg^62.272μg有良好的线性,R2=0.997。48h的累积释放量为6.57%。
The research object is Duraphat. We studied on UV spectrophoto-metry to deter-mine the content of sodium fluorid in the methodology research. We also used the purifi-ed water as the dissolution medium, deter- mined the in vitro release of Duraphat in 48 hours. The results showed that sodium fluoride has a good linear in 8. 896μg -62. 272μg,R2 =0. 997. The cumulative release of 48 hours was 6.57%.
