摘要
技术创新网络中,核心企业自主创新能力提升的过程就是创新网络绩效提升的过程。提出核心企业、沟通和信任对网络创新绩效的影响机理模型。通过实证研究,结果表明,核心企业对创新网络绩效有显著正向影响,组织间信任和沟通对核心企业与创新网络绩效间起部分中介作用,以及组织间信任在组织沟通与创新网络绩效间起完全的中介作用。
In innovation network, the enhancing process of enterprise's capability of independent innovation is the enhancing process of innovation network's performance, and core enterprises manage the innovation network. This study proposes the affect mechanism model of the core enterprise, communication and trust to innovation net- work's performance. Through empirical research, the result shows that the core enterprise has a significant positive impact on the performance of innovation network; the trust and the communication between enterprises have part intermediary affect for the core enterprise to innovation network's performance, and also enterprise's trust has full intermediary affect for communication during enterprises to innovation network's performance
