摘要
目的探讨社区护理干预对精神分裂症患者社区康复的效果。方法对120例精神分裂症患者进行有针对性的综合社区康复指导,对指导前后患者的服药依从性、病情稳定情况、劳动能力和生活质量的变化进行比较研究。结果社区康复指导后,患者的服药依从性、病情稳定情况、劳动能力和生存质量都有较大的提高,经统计学分析,P<0.01,有显著性差异。结论对精神分裂症患者进行社区康复指导能明显提高患者的健康状况和生活质量。
OBJECTIVE To explore the community nursing intervention on the effect of community rehabilitation in patients with schizophrenia.METHOD On 120 patients with schizophrenia has targeted comprehensive community rehabilitation steering,the steering of patients before and after compliance,stable condition,working capacity and comparative study on the changes of quality of patients before and after compliance,stable condition,working capacity and comparative study on the changes of quality of life.RESULTS Community rehabilitation after guiding the results,patient compliance,patient stability,working capacity,improvement of quality of life have been,by statistical analysis,P0.01,there are significant differences.CONCLUSIONS To guide the community rehabilitation of schizophrenic patients can significantly improve the patient＇s health status and quality of life.
