摘要
目的探讨个案管理在改善社区精神分裂症患者社会功能中的作用。方法采用随机数字表法,将96例精神分裂症患者分为研究组和对照组,每组各48例。研究组实施个案管理,对照组实施门诊随访。分别在干预前、干预后6个月和12个月采用Morning Side康复状态量表(morningside rehabilitation status scale,MRSS)和社会功能缺陷筛选量表(social disability screening schedule,SDSS)对两组患者进行评定。结果干预后6个月、12个月研究组患者MRSS和SDSS得分较对照组低,两组比较,均P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义,研究组患者社会功能改善程度优于对照组患者。结论在社区精神分裂症患者中实施个案管理,可有效提高患者社会适应能力和社会交往能力,有效改善了患者受损的社会功能。
Objective To explore the effects of case management on social function of schizophrenic patients in community. Methods 96 patients with schizophrenia were enrolled and randomly divided into two groups in equal number： the study group and the control group. The former group was managed with case management model and the latter by way of outpatient follow-up. The two group were assessed with Morningside Rehabilitation Status Scale （MRSS） and Social Disability Screening Schedule （SDSS） at pre-intervention, 6 months, and 12-month after intervention. Result At all the time points, the scores on MRSS and SDSS were all significantly lower than the control group （all P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The case management may improve the social function and quality of hfe of schizophrenic patients.
