摘要
目的:建立金荞麦高校液相色谱(HPLC)指纹图谱,为金荞麦的品种鉴别和质量控制提供参考依据。方法:色谱柱为Sun Fire C18柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-0.004%磷酸,流速为1.0 mL/min,柱温为30℃,检测波长为280 nm。结果:确定13个峰为金荞麦的共有峰。结论:本方法精密度、稳定性、重复性良好,可为金荞麦的鉴别和质量评价提供参考。
Objective: To establish HPLC fingerprints of Fagopyrum dibotrys(D.Don) Hara,and to provide reference for identification an quality control of it.Methods:The chromatographic column was SunFire-C18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)and the mobile phase con sisted of acetonitrile-0.1% phosphoric acid at flow rate of 1.0 mL/min,the column temperature was 30℃,and the detection wavelength was set at 280nm.Results: 13 peaks were identified as the characteristic finger prints of Fagopyrum dibotrys(D.Don)Hara.Conclusion: The method has a good precision,stability and repeatability.The established fingerprints can be used for the quality control and species identificaition ofFagopyrum dibotrys(D.Don)Hara
