摘要
恶臭气体作为畜禽养殖场的主要污染物,成分复杂且较难去除.生物法除臭效率高,而筛选出高效除臭的微生物又是生物法除臭的关键.从脱除硫化氢的生物反应器中取脱硫菌种,经分离纯化得到选择脱除硫化氢的6株异养氧化菌和1株自养氧化菌.根据其形态特征观察与生理生化反应结果,将其鉴定到属:菌B1、菌B5为微球菌属、菌B2为短杆菌属、菌B3为副球菌属、菌B4为微杆菌属、菌B6为埃希氏菌属、菌B7为硫杆菌属.在28℃,120r/min的条件下,依据菌体的生长情况对其进行生长繁殖期内硫化物降解能力的测定,实验结果表明:脱硫菌能利用培养液中的S2-使其主要氧化为SO42-,并且短时间异养菌的去除效果较自养菌好,去除率均在61.0%以上,自养菌的去除率最高时仅为49.7%.
It is difficult to remove the odor derived from the main pollutant of the livestock farm due to its complex composition. Based on its high-efficiency, the biological deodorization tech- nique has been paid more attention, and screening efficient deodorant bacteria for it is a key step. In this paper, after being isolated and screened, six strains of heterotrophic sulfide oxidi- zing bacteria and one strain autotrophic sulfide oxidizing bacteria have been got from the biofil- ter in removal of H2S. The morphological, physiological and biochemical tests indicate that they can be identified as follows: B1 and B5 are Micrococcus sp, B2 is Brevibacteriurn sp, B3 is Paracoccus sp, B4 is Microbacterium sp, B6 is Escherichia sp, B7 is Thiobacillus sp. In the condition of 28 ℃ and 120 r/min, according to the growth of bacterium, the degradation tests for removal of sulfide in bacteria growth progenitive period has been investigated and the re- sults show that the desulfurization bacteria oxidates S2 to SO42 mainly, meanwhile the re- moval rate of the heterotrophic bacteria is better than the autotrophy bacterium, they are more than 61.0%, but the best removal rate of the autotrophy bacterium is 49.7%.
